The S/C (supercharger) mount is the one with the cat head on it.  The strut brace mount has the dinosaur head on it.

PCV can set up with -8AN or OEM quick connect boost check exit fitting and 10 or 12an inlet fittings.
-connects between oil cap and intake manifold
-includes mounting kit, required push lock hose and fittings
