The S/C (supercharger) mount is the one with the cat head on it. The strut brace mount has the dinosaur head on it.

PCV can set up with -AN or OEM quick connect fittings
-connects between PCV valve and intake manifold
-includes mounting kit, required push lock hose and fittings*the S/C mount option from the Hellcat causes the breather to be slightly compressed by the air filter housing on this truck*
