Precision Racing working in conjunction with Forced Induction Interchillers have created a “100% bolt in” V10 Interchiller kit, utilizing our own custom made CNC machined AC fittings, which adapt into the factory AC system. Designed, manufactured, and tested entirely in Australia after finding the limits of water to air heat exchangers with turbo systems.

During testing of water to air intercooler systems, we noted the average water temperature to be above the ambient air temp by 15c (27f) on a travelling car at operational temp.

Under low air flow conditions such as idle and low driving speeds, the heat exchanger setup would further increase in temperature, which created heat-soaked conditions. Especially right before racing or when wanting to go wide open throttle from a dig.

With our 1400whp package (22psi of boost) without the interchiller system, during 33c (91f) ambient, intake air temps would rise as much as 80-90c (144-162f) over the course of a 1-6 gear pull, reducing overall power.

As we wanted not only more power but consistent power that does not fade under low air speed conditions, or hot summer days, we decided to use the Forced Induction Interchiller system!

Water temps were reduced to sub zero (less than 32f) and air intake temps got down to 3c (37f) during cruising.

With a 1-6 gear pulls max intake temps are only 30c (86f). (See MoTeC data log in gallery)

We have spent the time developing this kit to eliminate the customisation of the original AC hard lines to allow any workshop to bolt in without any invasive cutting/welding/brazing or crimping. All the hard work is done to prevent cutting up your existing lines!

Additionally, should any parts of your turbo kit be wildly different to ours, the rubber AC lines can be altered within minutes for any rerouting, with nothing more needed than a pair of hand crimpers, metal clips and new hose all of which are available world wide should they be needed.

Included in this kit is nothing but the best, inclusive of the largest available interchiller by Forced induction interchillers, Billet CNC machined AC line adapters utilizing OEM O-rings, pre-assembled AC hoses and fittings, powder coated interchiller mounting bracket, dryer with vehicle specific stainless steel mount and all fasteners required to allow for a simple, clean, non-invasive installation.
