All Cobra axles are designed to work with a 31 spline 03/04 Cobra style differential and the factory 28 spline wheel hubs. Explorer differentials require a different stub/seal and are not compatible. Average customer is around 700hp, but we have quite a few customers running 1000-1100hp with less than a handful of documented stub failures.
